I pick my battles when I shop here because the place is ridiculously expensive!!! that being said a few observations that really turned me off lately number one take a look at my images? A $38 prime filet mignon with zero marbling? Regardless of the price just looking at it I would never purchase it! Another thing that I find unacceptable for a place like this is how unkept some of their items are, just look at the soupy nasty liquid that the chicken is in such an easy fix yet they let it sit.

Prepared Foods employees, (specifically one older female) are rude. People standing at the counter waiting for help, get ignored. This has happened more than once. Customers seem to get in the way of their cleaning process. Bakery, Meat Dept. and Cashiers are always nice and helpful. It's a shame they allow people with bad attitudes to work in prepared foods. I look forward to a Whole Foods opening in the Stuart area, so I won't ever have to go back. Service should be great with the high prices at Fresh Market.

Multiple experiences with rotten food now. I rarely write poor reviews but I think my amount of experiences with fresh market are beyond coincidence. They sold me a 9 days expired container of buffalo chicken dip that was behind the deli counter and I didn’t realize till I got home. It smelled soooo bad. Then 4 days ago, I bought a RANCID salad with salmon on top. No idea why it smelled soooo bad, it was not expired. It looked coagulated. Separately at the location in Jensen, I had the WORST food poisoning after my husband and I ate their barbecue.

This is by far the worst Fresh Market. It is not clean. It always smells so bad, like rotting meat. Today we went in for their pizza deal and the deli woman was so rude- basically yelling at us to go to the front counter- like we were idiots. There’s no signage. When I asked to speak to a manager, the cashier said she was one and had a line 6 people deep. Every time we go in here whether it is for our personal shopping or as instacart shoppers, we are met with unfriendly associates and a store filled with rotting fruits and vegetables. Not impressed.

Great selection of food. The employees were great and it had a nice environment. If you are looking to get away from the big chain stores, this is great. It felt like the older days when you had a small local grocery store, except they have a pretty large selection of products. Pricing is worth mentioning, it is pretty well priced. It's even better when you during their weekly sales. It is important to note, meats can run out so plan accordingly. Find out delivery dates or speak to the butcher, they are so friendly. I will be definitely returning and I highly recommend The Fresh Market to anyone.
